Lower monthly rate specials are offered for small businesses:

- 1-5 employees: $70/employee/month

- 6-10 employees: $65/employee/month

- 10 + employees: $60/employee/month

A monthly subscription fee for full-spectrum primary care services offers a worthwhile alternative to expensive healthcare plans for small and growing businesses. Our services do not preclude the use of insurance, however no insurance is necessary for care services.
