Audrey Lohr, APRN, FNP-C, IFMCP

Hi! I’m Audrey. I’ve served as a Primary Care Provider for over 8 years in Vermont and New Hampshire’s Upper Valley Region.

As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, I’m board-certified in both Family Medicine & Functional Medicine.

My practice philosophy centers on the delivery of high-quality care that is personalized and accessible.

After over a decade of working in the standard fee-for-service field of medicine, where health care providers are asked to see more and more patients in less time with fewer resources, I was given an opportunity to open my own direct care clinic with the goal of transforming the primary care experience.

My mission is to provide all patients with reliable access to the affordable and consistent care they deserve, within the fold of a supportive relationship.

I believe that it is possible to feel empowered as you cultivate your own wellbeing and navigate the healthcare system, and I'd love to help make this a reality for members of Upper Valley community.
