Audrey Lohr, APRN, FNP-C, IFMCP
Hi! I’m Audrey. I’ve served as a Primary Care Provider for over 8 years in Vermont and New Hampshire’s Upper Valley Region.
As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, I’m board-certified in both Family Medicine & Functional Medicine.
My practice philosophy centers on the delivery of high-quality care that is personalized and accessible.
My mission is to provide all patients with reliable access to the affordable and consistent care they deserve, within the fold of a supportive relationship.
It is possible to feel empowered as you cultivate your own wellbeing and navigate the healthcare system, and my aim is to help make this a reality for members of our Upper Valley community.
